Reason for Loss | Aircraft took off on a cross country exercise. This was the captain's first solo cross country. The aircraft for unknown reason crashed on Carn Fadrum(1206ft above sea level). This occurred after aircraft encountered fog near Llaniestyn, 7 miles WSW of Pwllheli, Caernarvon. |
