Reason for Loss | Admitted dangerously ill to the Westminster hospital, London SW1 at 10:00 Hours on 27 March. He underwent an amputation of his left arm for a sarcoma of the left humerus. He was removed from the dangerously ill list on 3 April, but became seriously ill on 6 June and dangerously ill on the 25 June, dying the following day of metastasis. |
