Reason for Loss | Suffered W/T failure and became lost. Their intention was to stay up until daylight to ascertain position, but the Wellington flew into ground in poor visibility. The crew who survived with minor injuries were: F/L Pringle, F/O Donaldson and F/O Gibbes. |
