| Reason for Aircraft Loss | The starboard engine failed over Caernarfonshire. Course was set for home base but an hour into the return flight the pilot decided to make a precautionary landing at Little Rissington airfield. The port engine failed while in the circuit and the aircraft crashed at Milton under Wychwood |
