Miscellaneous Information
| Peter was born at Spokane, Washington, USA on 14 October 1918 Bboth parents were born in England and his father was retired. He attended Vancouver Public school between 1925-1933 and then Cranbrooks High 1933-1937. His hobby was photography and he enjoyed playing Badminton and skiing. For two months he worked as a River Driver for CPR Timber Branch and then returned to school, and then worked for the Imperial Bank of Canada between 1937-1941. |
| Charles then enlisted on 20 May 1941. After training he was posted to the U.K. and he arrived at 3 PRC on 6 July 1943, then on to 20 OTU 17 August 1943, 1663 CU 22 November 1943 and 77 Squadron 18 February 1944. Sadly Peter lost his life from there the following month on 15 March 1944. |
