Reason for Loss | Seriously burned by night flares at Rennes on 22nd March 1940 and taken to the French Military Hospital at Rennes where he died on 27th March1940. His funeral was held on the 30th March 1940 at 15.15. His death was published in the Portsmouth Evening News, 1st April 1940. |
