| Operation | Wilhelmshaven. 338 aircraft, 12 losses (3.6%). The second failed operation on Wilhelmshaven in as many nights. PFF marking was inaccurate, leading to the majority of the bombing taking place to the north. It was later found that PFF had out of date maps and a exercise of updating the maps was undertaken. |
