Sky-marking due to cloud cover with accurate bombing to follow.19 industrial and more than 2300 residential buildings were destroyed. 502 civilian deaths plus an unknown number at an artillery barracks and a PoW camp. A further 48000 people were bombed out bringing the total to 350000 in just one week. |
