Miscellaneous Information
Two of his brothers were also killed on Bomber Command Operations - 755544 Sgt. John Bools (https://losses.internationalbcc.co.uk/loss/202625) and 1585666 Sgt. Martin Bools (https://losses.internationalbcc.co.uk/loss/202626). Tragically, a fourth brother, 1314750 WO Geoffrey Bools was killed in India with the Far East Air Force and lies in Delhi War Cemetery. Fittingly, the three brothers lost to Bomber Command are commemorated side by side on the IBCC Memorial Walls, Panel 133. |
