Reason for Loss | On a night exercise involving cooperation with Mosquito XIII HK374, 85 Sqd. Tragically, the Mosquito crew misjudged their closing speed and smashed into the tail plane of the Wellington which fell away, out of control, to crash at 2000 at Priors Leas, Southbourne, Sussex. |
