Marcel Quenon was born in Liége, Belgium on 23 July 1923. He left Belgium for Congo in 1936 to work with the Comité Spécial Du Katanga as a technical draftsman. He enlisted in April 1942 and started his training with the South African Air Force. After his training he joined 70 OTU on Martin Baltimore aircraft. |
