Reason for Loss | On return from a bombing sortie the aircraft conducted low passes but struck the roof a building and then crashed nr Kiambu. Kenya, Africa. Four civilians on ground also killed. The Board of Inquiry found Hunt caused the accident by willful disobedience of orders in the course of unauthorized low flying. |
