Operation | Hamburg- to attack the shipyards. 440 aircraft, 6 losses. Bombing was scattered due to cloud cover. Although some damage was probably caused to the shipyards, the American 8th Air Force had attacked the target only a few hours earlier so it was impossible to differentiate the damaged caused by the two raids |
