Miscellaneous Information
Note that W. R. Chorley records the crash site as Stockdale Moor, SSE of Redcar, Yorkshire but IBCC has been informed that this is incorrect due to confusion between military and OS grid references (information provided by Dave Donaghy, 4 & 6 Group researcher after Rich Allenby discovered the error). A memorial has recently been placed at the correct crash site. |
