Miscellaneous Information
Born April 1925 Poplar, London. Known by all as Roy. Tragically his Mother died in 1933 leaving two boys: Roy (8) and Edward (13). The boys later appended an 'e' to their surname as a way to distance themselves from their father, who struggled to cope with the situation. |
