Miscellaneous Information
Dr. Tibbits [conducting the inquest] recorded a verdict that death was due to a fracture of the base of the skull, accidentally received when the motor-cycle deceased was riding came into collision with an oncoming motor lorry. He exonerated the driver of the motor lorry from all blame, saying that in his opinion the motor cyclist was taking the corner too fast and too wide to keep to his correct side of the road, and he collided with the lorry. |
