Dit propellerblad is afkomstig van een neergestorte Wellington (AD605) bommenwerper van 109 Sqn RAF die in de nacht van 2 op 3 juli 1942 werd neergeschoten in de Woudmeerpolder (Zutweg) in Dirkshorn. Het vliegtuig was opgestegen vanaf zijn Stradishall-basis in Engeland om de Duitse radiocommunicatie te onderzoeken. Twee bemanningsleden wisten zich in veiligheid te brengen, maar vijf bemanningsleden kwamen om
