Reason for Loss | In "Battle Axe Blenheims" (105 Squadron) by Stuart R. Scott is mentioned on page 20 that Sgt (Obs) Harry H. DUNCAN was mortally wounded 1-9-1940 on board Blenheim T1877. Graham Warner in his book 'The Bristol Blenheim' states that Blenheim T1877 was from 105 Squadron, hit by flak over Zuider Zee and force-landed at Mousehold. Sgt Duncan died later in hospital. In fact the aircraft was T1887. |
