Born 24 September 1915 at Aberavon, Glamorgan. Older Brother of Clifford Alick Cecil Christopher, born 1918, who served as a Signalman, Royal Corps of Signals in Africa and Italy, and survived the War. |
His mother Violet died at home on 10 December 1930 aged 41. |
Graduate BA(Hons) Oxford University, St. Edmund Hall where he is remembered on their Roll of Honour and on a brass plaque in the church at Stoodleigh where his father was the Rector for 43 years |
