He left many letters and diaries, which were returned to Australia and are held by NAA. Much of this information is referred to in The Pathfinders by Will Iredale, and by his close friend and fellow Australian navigator Don Charlwood OM in his remarkable recollection of life and war No Moon Tonight. Of the 20 Navigators who trained together in Canada, only 5 survived the war. |
