Miscellaneous Information
S/L Blenkinsop was blown clear of the aircraft as it exploded and joined up with a Belgian group of Resistance fighters. He was captured in December 1944 and inexplicably sent to the infamous Belsen Concentration Camp where he later died of heart failure. |
