Miscellaneous Information
| Born 1917, Woodbridge, son of 9369 F/Lt Stanley Harry Swann, who was killed on 17 April 1926 when the aircraft he was flying crashed at Ramla, Israel. It is believed Stanley Jr. was a flying instructor stationed in Western Cape when he married. He enlisted as a cadet at Cranwell on S36 entry, he passed out as a P/O on 16 September 1938. |
