Miscellaneous Information
Shot down by a night fighter flown by Adamski. It is believed that the bombs did not explode. A picture of the crash location suggest so. The Germans probably put all of the wreckage in the crater. There is a chance that the human remains of the other crew members and the bomb load are still at this location. The Dutch Air Force investigated the possibilities for excavation October 2005 |
