Reason for Loss | The aircraft entered cloud and flew off course, (Court of Inquiry said by at least 20 degrees). Whilst in cloud the aircraft flew into the N E face of Mynydd Moel, near Dolgellau, just below the 2,830 ft. summit. The aircraft broke up and some of the wreckage caught fire. |
