Miegtuigcrash Vickers Wellington Mk IV Z1467 GR-L van het Poolse RAF 301 Sqn Molenweg 38 te Slootdorp. Op 5 Juni 1942 was de tweemotorige Wellington bommenwerper om 23.36 ur opgestegen vanaf het vliegveld Hemswell in Engeland. In het vliegtuig zat een zeskoppige Poolse bemanning. Enkele leden waren na de verovering van Polen in 1939 via Hongarije en Frankrijk naar England gevlucht en in dienst getreden bij het Engelse Bomber Command.
