Reason for Loss | On a navigation exercise. Partially abandoned, circa 1130, after the port engine failed at 9,000 feet. Blairgowrie police later reported that the wreckage had been found about a mile W of the town and that the five members of crew that had parachuted were at their station awaiting an ambulance. |
