Miscellaneous Information
Born 15 January 1921 in Nottingham. He was a Solicitor's Junior Clerk before enlisting. Both of his parents worked in the famous Nottingham Lace industry. Maurice served in WWI in the Sherwood Foresters and the Royal Tank Regiment and was wounded in action. |
