Miscellaneous Information
Born 31 March 1917, Trento. Alexander had been posted into 9 Sqdn from 12 OTU Chipping Warden on 12 May 1942. He flew 11 operations before being posted to 1654CU on 16 October 1942 and posted to 1660CU on 21 December 1942 and finally to 49 Sqdn on 5 February 1943. This was his first operation on the squadron. |
