Reason for Loss | Took off for the Innes Links range. About 90 minutes later witnesses saw debris falling from the sky in the vicinity of the range, three miles ESE of Lossiemouth airfield. In daylight the wreckage was found near Innes House. The aircraft had broken into two after the photoflash exploded. |
