| Born 14 May 1914, Colchester. The 1939 register shows he and his wife living with Eric's mother at 2, Old Forge Cottage, Dunmow. His mother was a widow and worked as a supply teacher. Eric was working as a Lorry driver/motor engineer. Phyllis was living in Abridge, Essex when Eric died. |
