Reason for Loss | Set course to the Isle of Man. The weather was bad, and the aircraft iced up. The pilot ordered all to bail out while he would attempt to land the aircraft. Only one bailed out - from 250 feet, and survived. K8957 crashed about 1700 hrs near Northcote, railway station, near Stratford upon Avon. |
