Reason for Loss Killed in a cycling accident. He had not cared for cycling as a child and had only learned to ride a matter of days before his death. Lost control on encountering a steep hill and was thrown over the handlebars onto a concrete structure by the side of the road. He sustained a blow to the head and was killed instantly.
