Reason for Loss | Fairground Death. "Accidental Death" was the verdict recorded at a Leeds inquest yesterday on Eric Smith (20), aircraftman, of 115 Austhorpe Road. Smith was injured through falling from a fairground roundabout when it was still in motion. A companion said Smith was trying to change his seat when the accident occurred.
