Reason for Loss Killed when Halifax NR282 of 1652 CU swung on take off from Marston Moor and crashed into the stationary Halifax LK786. ORB describes Cook as an FMA (Flight Mechanic- Airframe) and McMillan FME (Flight Mechanic- Electrical). Both were changing a wheel on LK786 when the accident happened.
