Reason for Loss | Killed when Halifax NR282 of 1652 CU swung on take off from Marston Moor and crashed into the stationary Halifax LK786. ORB describes Cook as an FMA (Flight Mechanic- Airframe) and McMillan FME (Flight Mechanic- Electrical). Both were changing a wheel on LK786 when the accident happened. |
