Reason for Loss Aircraft took off on a cross country flight. The aircraft is believed to have been struck by an unknown item which caused damage to the propellers. Injuries to the pilot indicate that propeller fragments penetrated the cockpit. The aircraft crashed on Corry Down in Aberdeenshire.
